This groundbreaking MOOC developed by social entrepreneur, philanthropist, and best-selling author Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen—in partnership with Stanford University—invites students of all backgrounds to become more effective philanthropists by applying research and strategic thinking to giving.
You’ll hear from a list of 20 established guest speakers spanning technology, philanthropy, and business who will help you shape a personalized philanthropic strategy based on your own capabilities and interests. Furthermore, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your nonprofit assessment skills through a grant-making process in which you and your fellow students will be allocated up to $100,000 to give to the non-profits you select, generously provided by The Learning By Giving Foundation.
