Re-building her company vision

Share

Renata Pacheco founded, and is currently the Executive Director, of a 25-year old corporate communications company in Brazil called RWF360. Looking to develop a new management model for her company earlier this year, Renata’s 23-year old son—who works in advertising and has also taken online courses to broaden his professional knowledge—introduced her to Coursera.

Renata immediately enrolled in Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies from the University of Maryland (re-starting today), which is part of Coursera’s popular Entrepreneurship Specialization helping learners identify opportunities based on real customer needs, develop business models and build successful companies. Armed with new skills, the course gave her the tools to produce a large rebranding project where she led her team to create a new company vision, position and even target a tech partner to boost their clients’ digital presence.

Reneta proudly shares her Verified Certificate on her Linkedin profile and continues to take Coursera courses in order to build skills that effectively manage and shape her company for the future.
