The Google IT Support Professional Certificate has been helping learners launch new careers in IT since it launched two years ago. Now, there are even more ways to show employers that you have the skills needed for entry-level IT support roles.

Google recently teamed up with CompTIA, a nonprofit trade organization that’s widely recognized in the IT industry, to offer a new dual credential. Now, if you successfully complete the Google certificate and pass the CompTIA A+ certification exams, you’ll be awarded a joint Google/CompTIA badge that demonstrates your accomplishment. This badge can be posted on LinkedIn to make your profile stand out to employers and is aimed to help open the door to IT support roles.

If you complete the Google certificate by March 2020, you’ll be eligible for a 20% off discount on the CompTIA A+ certification exams! Discount details will be emailed to you upon completion of the Google certificate.

The Google IT Support Professional Certificate aligns with the objectives covered by the newly updated CompTIA A+ certification and allows learners a flexible and convenient way to study.

Get started by enrolling in the Google IT Support Professional Certificate on Coursera today!
